Something not working?
First try using the latest version of Chrome or Firefox before reporting the issue to us. If you report an issue, please send us as much information as you can such as your browser and screenshots of the issue so we can try and fix the problem as soon as possible. We appreciate all your help!
How do I cancel my subscription?
Go to your account page and under the Subscription title click the Cancel Subscription button.
Do we store your credit card information ourselves?
No, we use a third-party: Stripe to process payments and subscriptions.
How do I upgrade my account?
Visit the upgrade page by clicking here.
How do I change my password?
You can change your password by going to your account security page and under Security there is a button to change your password.
Can I restart my Life Path?
Yes you can by going to your account page and under User Info there is a button to reset your Life Path.
How do I delete my account?
You can delete your account by going to your account page and under the section Account and Data Deletion there is a button to delete your account.
