My work combines the proven Goal Mapping system with Aroma Freedom Technique, Thought Field Therapy (TFT), and holistic wellbeing practices to help individuals move from feeling stuck or overwhelmed to living with confidence, freedom, and purpose.
Many people know what they should do, yet something still holds them back. This is often because change requires more than logic alone. True transformation happens when we engage both the logical and creative parts of the brain — bringing together mindset, emotion, and physiology.
In Goal Mapping, we describe this as whole-brain thinking. The left, logical mind helps us define the goal, create structure, and understand the practical steps required. The right, creative and emotional mind allows us to visualise the outcome, feel inspired by it, and connect emotionally with why it matters. When both sides of the brain are engaged together, the conscious and subconscious mind begin to work in harmony. Goals move from being something we think about, to something we believe in and naturally act upon — reducing inner conflict and allowing progress to feel aligned rather than forced.
This is why Goal Mapping is not simply about setting goals, but about learning a thinking process that helps you create lasting change in your own life.

Goal Mapping, Life Mapping & Action Mapping
Using the internationally recognised Goal Mapping system, I guide individuals and groups to create clear visions for their future and structured action plans to achieve them. Goal Mapping activates whole-brain thinking, helping people move from confusion to certainty and from intention to achievement.
Sessions are available 1-to-1, in groups, and through workshops and masterclasses.
Aroma Freedom Technique (AFT)
Aroma Freedom Technique combines essential oils with neuroscience-based coaching to help release emotional blocks and subconscious patterns that prevent progress.
AFT supports clients in gently dissolving limiting beliefs, reducing emotional stress, and creating new empowering choices — often leading to rapid shifts in self-belief, confidence, and emotional freedom.
Thought Field Therapy (TFT)
TFT tapping techniques help calm the nervous system and release stored emotional stress. This allows clients to think more clearly, respond rather than react, and move forward without old emotional patterns holding them back.
