I am an Emotional Wellbeing Coach and Professional Speaker. I help people reduce their stress, increase their self-esteem and create a happier environment. As well as being qualified in Goal Mapping, I’m also a Havening Techniques Practitioner and a Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP) Master Practitioner. With some clients I also use Goal Mapping alongside Havening as they compliant each other.
My story is 5 years ago I was overweight, miserable and was a very unhappy soul. I achieved the above qualifications to gain a better quality of life. I’m now in a position where I can help other people get the life they want and deserve. I’m passionate about people’s wellbeing. I know it can be done. I have achieved it and now I help others and I want to help you have a more positive and happier life. I know wellbeing is both a personal and business necessity.
I want to share My Best Life Goal Map with you, because I want to help as many people as possible with their wellbeing. The purpose of my Goal Map is to help me continue to grow so I can be in the best position to help you. It also enables me to take time out and to look after myself. By doing this it means I can look after you on your journey. I led by example. Taking care of myself is important for me and I will help you to do the same in all areas of your life.
By speaking at least once a week and writing a book I’m able to share my wellbeing techniques with people in the UK and around the world.
