About Me
Som alenemor til tre børn er mit største formål at trives, så jeg kan nyde hverdagen med min familie. Mit udgangspunkt er, at alt andet lettere kan falde på plads, når krop og sind lever i en sund balance. Efter at have været den hurtigste kvinde i Danmark fra 1991 til 2001 og vundet 38 Danmarksmesterskaber, har jeg følelsen af at sætte og opnå mål som en del af mit DNA.
De sidste 10 år har jeg arbejdet som coach, underviser og personlig træner og jeg vil elske at inspirere dig med de lavpraktiske værktøjer jeg selv bruger, så også du kan leve et liv med stærkt fysisk helbred og balance i dit arbejdsliv!
As a single mother of three wanting to enjoy life with my family, my personal health and well-being is the main goal in life. I believe that all comes around when you are in a healthy balance in mind and body. Being the fastest woman in Denmark for 10 years and winning 38 national championships, I have setting and achieving goals as part of my DNA.
For 10 years I have been working as a coach, teacher and instructor, and I would love to teach and inspire you to a life in perfect health and with the balance between work and life you want!
