I have owned my own travel, conference and event management company for the past twenty years, and launched a new division – SHINE Business Women – in early 2018 to focus on delivering professional and personal development assistance to business women of all age, level and experience.
My business, staff and I have been fortunate to have been recognised with a number of awards which is a testament to our proven track record for success and achievement. My experience in small business is not only as a business owner but also as a franchisee, Board and committee member (companies and not-for-profit organisations) and volunteer.
I am passionate about ‘women in business’ and reward and recognition which has led to me authoring three small business books sharing all the tips and tricks I have learnt over the years. Being a Goal Mapping accredited coach complements these skills and aids me to assist others bring their dreams to reality.

After twenty years as a business owner, I am still passionate about small business, women in business, reward and recognition and being the best person we can possibly be in our working lives, whilst maintaining a happy and healthy work/life balance.
Goal setting has always featured in my life and this combined with passion, purpose and the desire to motivate, lead and inspire others has been critical to my success. The Goal Mapping system provides all of the essential tools and information to assist me to help others on their own Goal Setting path. Goal Mapping is something that EVERYONE should do if they are keen to live their ‘best life’!
