About Me

My purpose is inspiring resilience and wellbeing so people can lead a full and healthy life. After 20 years of experience as a nurse I decided to take a more holistic approach to wellness. Along side a busy reflexology practice in West Sussex, UK I also coach and train clients on how to develop their resilience using my BOUNCE Model of Resilience. I've been a certified Goal Mapping practitioner since 2010 adding Goal Mapping coaching and Life Mapping facilitator to my suite of skills in recent years.
